Our Process Is Personal
Step 1 is meeting each other.
Your property is a reflection of you and your personality. We want to create for you an extension of who you are and how you feel. So we start the process of your remodel or addition with a meeting to get to know each other. You will have the chance to describe what you envision, what you like and what you certainly don’t want. We get a chance to experience you in person to see your personality and hear your emotion as we discuss options like colors, styles, budgets, etc. By doing so we build the relationship that is the foundation of a successful project.
Step 2 is the proposal.
Once you have made your choices we will put together a proposal that brings your vision to reality. We will present and discuss the proposal with you so that we can again discuss the project and see if there are any changes that need to be made before we get started. It is much easier to revise things earlier rather than later.
Step 3 is the Contract
Once the final proposal is formed we will review again one more time to make sure everyone agrees on each point. This makes sure that there is no confusion before the project starts. Once the contract is signed and the down payment is made a timeline is laid out.
